Mountain biking can be an expensive sport with the cost of a bike, a good helmet, shoes, and comfortable bike clothes. Add to that a full season of overnight trips to race locations throughout Northern California, and it can become unattainable for many students. Even with all of our riders usually paying the total requested dues, there are still team expenses to cover in order to host a successful Bike Dawgs season.
It is the Bike Dawgs’ mission to recruit from our entire student body, giving every student from our diverse population the opportunity to participate. However, like most sports teams, the funds from the Athletic Boosters are insufficient to fully support our athletes and we must raise funds to bridge the gap.
In order to do this, we need help. We are hoping your employer, personal business, or even your family will consider supporting the Bike Dawgs by making a cash or in-kind donation to help offset the many costs associated with running our team. These costs include:
Professional fitness and nutrition specialists to help train and educate our team.
Training, education, and certification of our coaches and ride leaders.
“Pit Zone” supplies and equipment to ensure organized and efficient race days (training equipment, pop-up tents, chairs, storage, etc.).
Team trailer maintenance, team insurance, and cycling association fees.
Team Building events and rider recognition celebrations and gifts.
A scholarship fund to help offset participation costs for riders in need.

Gold Sponsorship ($800 & up or equivalent in-kind donation) – Prominent logo placement on Team Race Jersey, team banner, website, social media, and all communications for 1 year
Silver Sponsorship ($500 & up or equivalent in-kind donation) – Team banner, website, social media and all communications for 1 year
Bronze Sponsorship ($250 & up) – Team banner and website placement
